Local Liquor Store Gives Back to Community with Free Hand Sanitizer

Lilburn, GA, March 27, 2020 —The COVID-19 pandemic has left many people scrambling to find basic hygiene products as unprecedented demand has outpaced supply in many stores. The owners of Strong Water Liquor Warehouse are helping to meet the need by offering free hand sanitizer to the community. Strong Water managed to obtain a limited supply of hand sanitizer from its distributors. The 2 ounce bottle spray sanitizers kill 99.9% of germs, hold up to 60 uses, and are effective for on-the-go application when soap and water are not readily available.

“We saw a need for something in our community,” says Jay Parekh, one of the owners of Strong Water. “As a new business owner in Lilburn and as a long-time resident, if there was any way we could use our resources to promote good public health and provide some relief, we were all in.”

Strong Water will begin providing free hand sanitizer, free of charge with a limit of one per person, starting Friday, March 27, 2020.
